Once you decide on your locations and tentative filming dates, please fill out a Project Registration Form, Production Release, Production Agreement for features and series and appropriate applications and email Debbie Dorsey (Debbie.Dorsey@baltimorecity.gov) or Nikki Powell (Nikki.Powell@baltimorecity.gov) along with a certificate of insurance with the certificate holder listed as:
